I make keto bread

3 TBSP almond flour or 1 1/3 tsp coconut flour

1 TBSP oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Dash of salt

Mix in microwave cup. Microwave 90 seconds. Cool on wire rack. Slice as thin as you want. I broil it to make it more like toast and less eggy.49899750_1181142908710041_1987746680321081344_o

Use a sausage of your choice, we just use great value because I like the size. Ideally something grassfed and organic but oh well.

I am OBSESSED with this tin. I think its for making english muffins but it is the perfect egg size. About a half of an egg per slot. I bake at 350 for about 10 minutes until the egg is set

And seal!

I made enough to last my husband the week! You can heat and add mayo if you so desire. He just microwaved about 2-3 minutes fliping once or twice until heated through.
